We founded our company with the spirit of intrepid explorer Ferdinand Magellan in mind. The first to circumnavigate the globe, Magellan possessed a vision that defied the conventional wisdom of the time. While others traveled east to reach the Spice Islands, Magellan chose to sail west in search of a new route. While widely derided at the time, history proved Magellan’s wisdom as new trade routes were opened and the world would soon follow.

After many years working for large recruiting agencies—where the primary focus was on quantity and where clients are required to adapt to rigid hiring formats—we’re following our business instincts, supported by client feedback, to build a recruiting firm that puts our clients’ needs first.
